Technology Transfer Workshop
Airport Pavement Instrumentation and Analysis
CEAT hosted a workshop on Airport Pavement Instrumentation and Analysis held on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at the Siebel Center at UIUC. Several engineering professionals from IDOT, FAA, engineering firms and other universities made their way to Urbana for the one-day workshop. The workshop included variety of presentations from engineers representing Galaxy Scientific, FAA, CTL Group, Texas A&M, University of Michigan, University of Minnesota and University of Illinois. During lunch, participants were able to see UIUC graduate student research posters and tour the Newmark Civil Engineering Laboratory. Overall, the workshop proved to be a successful educational event where participants came to learn, teach others and participate!
